I have had a bad experience with them, I order a crystal cross on jan 9 2009, they said it would be in the last week of jan. never got it, call many times, but always the same old answering machine, we are helping other customers, and will get back to you. well after about 30 messages, a human called back, and said the cross would be in the last part of feb. never came in, try to reach them all of march, never got a call back, just have a answering machine. they charged my cc card, i call the card company today, 4-4-09 to reverse this charge. read full review »
