We ordered a sofa bed for our daughter and it was delivered with only 3 LEGS! We had to call customer service multiple times, they were nasty, and we paid for a new sofa bed but could NOT use it until for many many days and nights (and we had given away the old sofa bed) until the fourth leg arrived by mail (and we had to install it ourselves). You get what you pay for, most of their crap is made in CHINA--buy from Thomasville, more expensive but BETTER quality and not as expensive as Ethan Allen and custom made and lasts! read full review »
