Was charged 4 monthly rental fees - for not using their site-used 3rd Tel. no. taken from my credit card bill - only use tel.no.0800-9170580 I cancelled by phone within 10 mins.I'd not used their site and thought/Felt sure I'd indicated with a tick on an exit form Cancelling future membership.(Is this not available option by Ifriends? - but still was charged 4 Months rental.
