In October, 2009 we have ordered sofa sleeper and love seat. Store representative told us, items are in stock, will be in before thanksgiving. Around thanksgiving they told us that our furniture is going to be delivered at our house, but by mistake they brought regular sofa. They said we can use it till sofa sleeper comes in on or before 12/20/2009. It is February now, they don't answer our phone calls, don't return voice mails, we went there few times they have told, us the sofa sleeper is going to be here next week!
