I have had this policy and never claimed for four years covering my dog and cat. Recently my cat had to have a tooth extraction because of serious infection. The cost was $450. Upon submitting a claim I received a check for $56. Upon calling the company, it was explained to me that since (while under anesthetic) they also cleaned her teeth and that was not covered they would only pay a small amount. I cancelled the policy immediately. Typical of insurance companies always wanting to find a way out. I would not recommend this company at all. You are better off putting the money in the bank for emergencies. read full review »
