I want to point out to you the orginal sales contract for 4653 Warm Spring clearly showed in the description that the property had a mobile home on it. The Survey clearly points out there was a Mobile Home on he property. These were known to the Bank of America from the very beginning (1-7-09) and again on (1/09-09). Was this noticed by you or your staff? NO. Instead you darg me out for wekks until the last minute. Finally, on 1-30-09, you asked if this was a Mobil Home.
