I had windows intalled through Weather Gard in 2000. I have had seal failure 3x and alot of problems with my Garden Window. I have been experiencing Black Mold in the Garden Window. I called Weather Gard out before the holidays (December) . I am still waiting to get the Garden Window resolved in Febuary. The manager Avi has made me promises and hasen't yet done a thing.
