On 1-15-10 I purchased the Norton 360 Antivirus sotfware on the 30 day opt-out basis I cancelled it on 2-6-2010 with message #7960912214 I was Charged for all three of you versions ofNorton 360.3 @ 74.99 and Norton 2010 @ 69.99 and antivirus 2010 for 39.99. I should not have been charged for any of these products because I opt-out before the 30 day trial period. You have caused my account to be in the overdrawn with penalties.
