I just got a phone call from Andrew at Hour Eyes in Sterling, VA. He wanted to let me know that my glasses were ready for pickup. I said great, I'm on my way. He then told me that I can't come pick them up because they are closed. Why bother calling me then? He said I could take this up with the manager. I asked when the manager was leaving and he said "very soon". I told him that I live right down the street & I could be there before she left & he said that he bets I can't. What kind of customer service is this????? I have half a mind to tell them I want my money back and go get them from somewhere else. read full review »
