ONSALECELL ripped me off. Don't let them rip you off! I bought a cell phone which turned out to be defective. I returned the phone for a refund. I followed ONSALECELL return policy to the letter. ONSALECELL has refused to give a refund. Now they have their defective product and almost $300 of my dollars-and I'm out. Why, because ONSALECELL does not follow its own return policy, and they make up new rules to suit them.
