On January 31, 2010, my daughter and guest attended a party at Helen's Restaurant, located at 2527 W. Main St., in Richmond, Virginia. After a period of time she went to the bar and ordered a drink from the bartender who is employed by Helen's. The bartender made the drink then threw the glass and drink at her, just missing her head. There was no justification for his actions.
