I am experiencing problems with credit card debt and tried to talk with BOA. Customer rep would not let me speak with manager to discuss issues with interest rates. I am a good customer for several years with no late payments. I was told if I didn't like it and stopped paying then I would be turned over for collection and my credit affected. No discussion, no alternatives, and these people take money from taxpayers to stay afloat.
