Looking on Jc Penney's site this blog pop up saying you could buy a survivor kit for a $1.00 and shipping and handling for 3.99. So I order the kit and the company took out an extra 99.95 from my account. Please do something about this . There showing they are out of California and there number is 1-877-231-29-2803.
