Eurotrans Shipping LLC - Abu Dhabi undertakes door to door delivery services. I sent a box [40kg] of clothes and other consumables to my aging mother in Bangalore, India on the 29th of November 2009. The company failed to dispatch it within the promised 2 weeks owing to some cargo clearance problems at Dubai Cargo Offices.
