I received a call from an unknown source that identified themselves as Nationwide Readers Services and also Readers Services. They stated that it was for a sweepstakes promotion and that I was eligible to win $5, 000.00 up to 10, 000.00. They knew my address which I did state was what they had. They asked me my age and what I did for a living. I told Nationwide that I was disabled and my age.
