Wells Fargo only generates a statement when mortgage payment is received. If you are ahead on your payments and/or forget to send a payment, they will not notify you but, wait in order to charge you extra fees. It is a very fraudulent type of practice. They should be thankful they got help from the government rather than be tricking customers!!! read full review »
