The 3rd party billing company (ILD Teleservices) claimed that I signed up online, for the service. When I asked for the order details (the website asks you for the last 4 digits of your SSN), they could only give me date, time, IP address and email address. The email address was non-existent, but they said they sent me an email confirmation and I had 4 days to cancel the service.
