Survey America Inc. contracted with Stout & Caldwell Engineers, LLC to provide a survey for a project in Runnemede, NJ. Ms. Diane Shillman requested the proposal for Survey America and accepted our proposal also for Survey America Inc. on June 25, 2008. We have attempted to collect the money owed since July 2008 and have had no luck receiving a resonse, it seems that their phone number was disconnected as it just beeps when we try to call.
