Well, I'm sad to see the Magellan sales staff once again posting false praises about the company. It seems that Magellan promises far more than they actually deliver with preconstruction sales, and the fools who bought Aqua, Park Homes, Chandler, Regatta, Lancaster, or anything else in Lakeshore East had a nasty surprise to find that they, not Magellan, are paying special assessments to cover a bond for the 'park' that no other building in the area has to pay for.
