I signed up for a free trial November 19, 2009. I should have known, the offer was too good to be true. I received the trail offer in the mail with a packing slip with no address or phone number. My credit card was billed for the trial and the first shipment on the same statement, the charges were one day apart. Customer service claims they did not receive the product I returned to them.
