Purchased a wonderful mattress 4 years ago with a 25 year warranty (spending over 1500.00). The mattress was sagging on both sides after the 4th year. Contacted Metro Mattress and they agreed to replace our mattress... but ooooopppps... we don't sell that mattress any longer so we will replace it with this one (extremely hard and not comparable to the initial mattress in any way, shape, or manner) For another 1000.00 we listened to the sales person tell us how great the one we were testing was and what a big seller it was.
