I drove to Sears Baldwin Hills in Los Angeles a little before 10:00 a.m. to have my GMC Yukon 2004 truck to have them to assess my brakes. When I arrived there were at least a dozen customers in the store surrounding the only Service man that was there. The man was trying to answer the phone as well as the customers surrounding him. My repair number was In4240647 and the female salesperson was 285791. She informed me that I was the fifth person to request to have my brakes assessed.
