I am writing to say how extremely pleased I am with the purchase of Castle’s replacement windows. The product is everything they said it would be. The installation was done when promised and the gentlemen who did the installation were courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. I watched every step of the installation and I was confident I would not experience any trouble after the job was done.
