My Web Pilot has over 6 complaints against them with the BBB, FBI Internet Fraud Dept, Florida Attorney General, County Prosocuters Office and other various organizations. They were hired to redo websites, or build new ones, took payment and did not finish any of the sites. We were all given a 6-8 week projected finish date, and 9-12 months later still being strung along did not finish the sites. Take them offline and refuse to refund and return existing files.
