I have a GE H E Energystar with Hydroheater Front loader. My clothes do not get clean and the machine will not spin because it stays unbalanced. We had the GE Repairman come out and go over the problems. He suggested less detergent and bigger loads. The larger loads did not help and the less detergent, I feel, adds to the failure of the machine to get my clothes clean. Worst investment I have ever made. In my opinion the old reliable GE brand does not deserve to be dragged down by having the GE logo on junk like this. I gave away a Matag set I would trade the GE junk and give boot to get back. read full review »
