3 weeks since I placed an order. I received an email (Yes, from Sam), telling me that they will ship "within 48 hours", at which time I will receive a tracking number. Well. 3 weeks later, I have no shoes, no email, no response to any of my attempts to contact them. I sent multiple email, called the number displayed on site and used thir "contact us" page. Nothing. I am filing a complaint with FTC and disputing a charge on my bank statement. I learned my lesson. I am sharing my experience here so that you can learn from my mistake.
