I received a letter saying Winners Prize Notice No. A 81-7 that said if I returned my certificate my prize would be on its way. this was Jan. 2010 and have never received anything. Also I live in Michigan in summer months and received the same paper saying the same thing and that was Oct. 2009 and my address was 6983 W 5 Mile Dr. Irons Michigan 49644.
