I had made a reservation with Budget car rental at the Birmingham airport, but when I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed by Budget that they did not accept debit cards for payment. The CSR informed me that Enterprise and Hertz accept debit cards as payments, so I went to Enterprise, they were out of rentals, then I went to Hertz.
