Whenever you have a problem with 1 and 1, especially tech sup0port, do all of the following: Yell loud continually. Cuss and use vulgarities. Do not hesitate to call people names. Repeatedly interrupt the scripted techs and do not let them get a word in edgewise. After they hang up on you, which they will. Then call back.
