by signing up of a year heating or cooling maintenance program you could utilize a ClaimYourVisaCards.com for reimbursement. First sign up for the maintenance program. Next log on to ClaimYourVisaCard.com for their reimbursement program, which required collected receipts that you mail in to get a $25 visa card. I became a member in November 09. Saved my December receipts mailed them in, and nothing. I saved my receipts for January, mailed them in, and received my letter back. I went down to my local heating company where I signed-up.
