For Xmas 2009 I ordered Ugg Boots for my Daughter. They never mailed the item because they said they were on back order. They said they would send the credit in 30 days but never did. It now has been over 4 months and still no credit back from these looser's. Be ware of this website they advertise boots for 85.00 but never deliver and do not return money back. read full review »
