NationStar Mortgage is all about getting the all mighty dollar from you and not even helping you if you need help. The Predatory Practices of this mortgage company has been going on for years and the fact if you have a mortgage with them its not going to help if you try and re fiance with them because all they are gonna do is re direct your call to everyone else in the company so they do not have to deal with you.
