I ordered the trial product, and started trying to call and cancel on day 3 after the order because I saw the additional charges I would be charged each month. My credit card was charged the $87. on day 7 of the 10 day trial period and have never received the sample. If you call the customer service number on their website, you will NOT get an answer - but if you call 1-866-556-6914 and hold for about 20 minutes, you may get an answer.
