I need to speak to someone. I hate that I cannot get someone on the phone. January 8th 2010 I was in the sears store for a warranty tire. I spoke to the manufacterer of the tire and they told me to deal with sears. I went to the burlington location. I had the tire looked at and we both spoke to the manufacturer.
