I purchased a gift on www.playfulplushtoys.com on December 1, 2008. The funds were taken out fo my account my the 3rd and I expected the delivery to be done in 4-7 days as my receipt had promised. 2 weeks ago, my friend has told me she still had not received my gift. I have tried emailing several times. They have left me no other contact information and no has replied to ANY of my emails. I have tried waiting online to see if their live operator would ever come one but no one has. This company has swindled me out of my money and disappointed my friend out of her christmas present.
