I, along with several other employees, have been fired and re-hired, then fired again on several occasions due to unrealistic reasons. I drive tractor trailor hauling water to gas wells. I was told to work up to 24 to 30 hours straight at times, drive past my DOT regulated hours or face the chance of being fired..The Supervisor Jason fires employees at will.
