2/18/10 My claim to repair leaky faucet valves was denied because the knobs were off when the repairman looked at it and he said that he could not diagnose the problem even though I had the knobs nearby and I even offered to turn the water on for him so that he could see that the problem was obvious. The leak had caused the tile around the area to fall and we had cleared out the falling tile so he said that the site was not intact so they denied the claim. I called them and told them that I would not be renewing their contract. read full review »
