I moved into this apartment complex 6 months ago. I found the complex on the internet while living in CT. They had me sign a lease via fax. I got to NC and the apartment the had ready for me had about 40 cock roaches in the frezer. I complained and they put me in another unit. 3 months later I began to see bedbugs all over the apartment!
