I orderd 2 dozen flowers for my daughter from ProFlowers to be deliverd before Valentines Day. The delivered 1 dozen. I wrote cust service, they said they would redo the order, no charge. I paid for the impact of 2 dozen, their redoing the order, it'll be late, marginally OK. 4 days later they sent her 1 dozen, only completing my original order. They didn't redo it.
