Talking about a company that dosen't care about the people. I lost my job last year, still looking, so paying bills got hard. Contacted my 1st mortgage co.(everhome ), 2nd mortgage(citimortgage). Citimortgage was fantastic, the took a 12 1/2 % variable rate down to a 2% fixed rate, cutting my payment in half. That was great. Everhome had a solution:(. They would cut the monthly payment in half from $1000.00 to about $500.00. After 6 months they would review for a better option. Heres the kicker, there better option is foreclosure. See, we still owed the $5oo.oo a month for 6 months. I now have to come up with $3200.00 by Friday, 3 days away. read full review »
