I canceled a mattress order 2 days before delivery because the mattress is not available to lay on in any store, and there is a 15% restocking fee if you don't like it (beware). I received my statement today and I was charged the full amount, over $800 even though it is confirmed the order was canceled. It is now in "dispute" status. WHY? Any other company just issues a credit and it's done. DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS.COM!!! I have had mnay, many problems with Sears in the past. My bad for shopping there again.
