I, too, ordered the free sample and paid for the shipping on my credit card. I tried to call and cancel the continued subscription and was put on hold for over 30 minutes each of the three calls I made...never made a connection. When I saw that I was charged $149.95 on my credit card, I called the number listed which is top customer service. What a joke.
