I usually shop at Wall Mart instead of Target, but that will now change. I recently bought some merchandise and waited in line 1 hour to return it. There was one out of three registers open. After finally talking to the Manager (RYAN), he apologized. I asked him, "why is it that there are 20 other (purchase only) registers open yet in the return line there is only one?" He had no answer.
