I signed up for pre paid phone service to be automatically charged to my credit card every month. It took 2 hours for the personel at US Cellular to prepare the paperwork in the store then they apparently lost the paper. I had signed up for unlimited texting. On the day they were supposed to charge my account for the current months service my phone went dead. Customer service gave me the most incredible stories such as I ran over the allowed minutes in my plan and I have been roaming and used up all the minutes.
