I ordered several gas grill parts for a client and paid with a credit card. My credit card was immediately charged. Usually, most reputable companies will not charge your credit card until the product(s) ships. After several weeks, I called about the status. I was told that the items were on back order and I could either cancel or continue to wait. When I asked how much longer, I was told that it would be several more weeks.
