this camera was bought at a dental convention and worked for about 3-4 months and stopped. repeated attempts to contact the company failed. i was finally able to get a live person and was given a return number and address to send the camera to, and get either an exchange or repair. The camera was mailed with insurance through the UPS and never returned. I have tried to reach the company, which now seems to have gone out of business and also tried to get reimbursement through postal service. Both have failed. read full review »
