Your company is falsely advertising that they are able to cash federal income tax returns! 90% of the checks brought in are unreadable due to no fault of the consumer. Are you (the company) trying to do anything to fix this very big screw up on your part? I suppose no because you appear to not care about the customer! (In my opinion) This is causing hardship on the low-income individual and also their family because we are now having to go to check cashing places (which I was told to do by one of your representatives) and they charge 3% which is a considerable amount of money.
