I just recently got off the phone with TKA and i am very upset. First off, let it be known that i do owe and was paying on time. It got crazy when they tried to take payment before the agreed upon date and the funds weren't there and caused me a $35 fee. In response to this, I called and spoke to Mr. Dennis James and told him about it. Somehow, I was passed to another man, who spoke on his behalf, for whatever reason, and the man started raising his voice at me.
