After ~2 years, my 52" Plasma went out with a loud bang. I called Vizio customer support and of course my warrenty expired and was told there was nothing they can do. I was told to find a T.V. repair person in my area. I was disgusted and called Cosco (where I purchased it). They were very helpful and told me this was a very common complaint about this model and that Vizio would extend the warrenty.
