I got a ring purchased at Kays for Christmas. in late February I noticed one of the stones had fallen out. I took it to the store to have it repaired thank goodness the warranty was purchased. After 7 days I went to get the ring-it was filthy I asked to have it cleaned and when the girl cleaned ti a stone fell out. After 7 days I got the ring and there was a stone missing.
